Skipass Travel online purchase is a website that lets you buy ski passes for the ski resorts of Austrian Carinthia and the nearby Italian resorts (Monte Lussari, Sella Nevea, Zoncolan). You can buy tickets in just a few seconds. Best of all, you will never have to queue at the resort ticket office or pay and reclaim a deposit with your bank card. All you need is a Skipass Travel profile and a card for collecting tickets online. Just moments after you press the Order button, the ski pass will be on your card, giving you access to the lifts without queuing at the ticket office or paying additional deposit fees.

First you need to register with Skipass Travel, order your personal Skipass Travel card and receive it. You can collect it in person or we can post it to your address.

Go to ticket.skipasstravel.si and select *Register* from the menu in the top right-hand corner of the browser window. Then enter your login details for your Skipass Travel profile.

The Skipass Travel card is a rechargeable smart card that you can load with a ski pass from any of the ski resorts listed on skipasstravel.si. The card carries your name, date of birth and, optionally, an identification photo. Please note that your card is not transferable. To buy your ski pass through Skipass Travel, all you need is the Skipass Travel card.

A personal card lets you get to the lifts and pistes without any further queuing at the resort ticket offices. To make this possible, your ski pass is loaded onto your profile, i.e. your Skipass Travel card. With the online ski pass loaded, this card gives you direct access to the lifts at the resort. Other online shops do not offer these personal cards; instead they send you an electronic ticket that has to be printed out. That means you have to go to the resort ticket office, where the electronic ticket/confirmation is exchanged for a ski pass. Skipass Travel lets you avoid this.

You can order your personal Skipass Travel card from the Skipass Travel online shop. To do so, visit www.skipasstravel.si and, if you are already registered, log in to your personal profile. Once logged in as a new or existing user, you will see an overview of your cards and the option to order new ones.

Skipass Travel cards are dispatched from our office on the next working day. Within Slovenia, delivery takes one or two working days.

The Skipass Travel card costs EUR 10 each. This means every user needs their own card and the price is the same for each person. The Skipass Travel card is expected to be valid for 5 years from the start of online sales or from the date of purchase.

No. To buy passes online you need your own personal card, onto which you can load new passes again and again. This key card is reusable and is your personal property; it is non-refundable.

Yes, just as if you were buying a ski pass at the resort. Every user must have their own card for activation and access through the gates, regardless of age or type of pass. The same applies to free passes. Each card carries the owner's details. It also has its own ID chip and is not transferable. The card also serves as authorisation for buying discounted passes online (e.g. youth and children's passes, etc.).

Usually this takes just a few moments. Once you have completed payment for your ski pass on skipasstravel.si, you will be sent an email confirming your order. If you ordered the pass in advance, you will receive a notification email two days beforehand confirming that the pass has been loaded onto your card.

No, your card can only hold one ticket.

Skipass Travel currently accepts Visa and Mastercard (credit cards).

The ticket can be cancelled/refunded, but no later than 10:00 on the day the ticket is valid. The cancellation fee is 25% of the ticket value or at least EUR 10.

If you lose your card, you need to order a new Skipass Travel card at an additional cost of EUR 10.

If your card is damaged, you need to order a new Skipass Travel card at an additional cost of EUR 7.

The Skipass Travel profile and online ticket purchases are completely free of charge: you pay only for the ski pass and a one-off purchase of the key card for all subsequent online purchases.

Select “Forgotten password” next to the login field. You will receive instructions for resetting your password by email.

If you have received a Skipass Travel purchase confirmation, your pass is ready to use. Common problems:

1. There is another card in your ski jacket, which can demagnetise other cards. Simply remove any unnecessary cards from your jacket and go through the gate.
2. Please check your purchase and the validity date.
3. Please check that you have bought a pass for the right ski resort. To do this, log in to your profile at skipasstravel.si and select “Purchases”. If the list does not show an order for the chosen destination, you can buy the pass straight away.
