Which data and why
Through the order form, the contact form and the newsletter sign-up we collect your first name and surname, address, e-mail address and telephone number; when ordering ski passes, we also collect the names and dates of birth of the skiers, because the price category of the ski pass depends on age. We use the data exclusively to process your order or enquiry, to communicate with you and — with your express consent — to send you newsletters.
Legal basis and retention
Performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract (order form, enquiry) and consent (newsletters). We retain the data for as long as necessary to fulfil the order and to comply with statutory obligations (accounting and tax regulations); newsletter data is retained until consent is withdrawn.
Recipients
We pass data on to the postal service provider (delivery of ski passes) and to the ski resort operator only to the extent necessary to issue the ski pass. We do not sell data and do not pass it on to third parties for their own purposes.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data or restriction of processing, request data portability, object to processing or withdraw your consent — write to info@skipasstravel.si. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
