Can ski passes be paid for by card?
Ski passes can also be paid for with payment cards.
What is a KeyCard?
The KeyCard is the mandatory carrier of the ski pass. A deposit of EUR 5 is payable for the KeyCard when the pass is collected at our sales offices or sent by post.
When purchasing a pass online, a mandatory one-off charge of EUR 10 applies for the KeyCard, which will be valid for a minimum of 5 years.
Where and when can a KeyCard be returned?
A KeyCard may be returned at Skipass sales offices during opening hours in the winter season, from 1 December to 15 April, or at the ticket offices of the ski resorts. Skipass KeyCards cannot be returned at automated machines. We accept only undamaged KeyCards for return. This means they must be flat, unbent, intact and free of scratches or similar damage.
KeyCards for season passes for Austria and Italy are non-returnable; upon purchase they remain your property.
Can a ski pass be purchased in advance?
A ski pass can be purchased in advance for a specific date or without a date, valid until the end of the season, provided that this is expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Ski passes purchased in the "SKIPASS IN THE CITY" pre-sale, for promotional days and for A1, Spar and similar ski days?
Passes from the Skipass in the City pre-sale are valid for one winter season only, until the ski resort ceases operation! Passes for promotional days and for A1, Spar and similar ski days are valid only for the specified date. They may also be purchased in advance, but cancellations and refunds are not possible! The same applies to Skipass in the City passes – cancellations and refunds are not possible! When purchasing a ski pass at a reduced price, you must present a receipt for services used in the previous month or a club membership card.
What counts as a group?
At the Nassfeld and Tarvisio–Monte Lussari ski resorts a group is a minimum of 25 people; for every 25 passes paid for you receive one pass free of charge. At all other ski resorts a group is a minimum of 20 people; for every 20 passes paid for you receive one pass free of charge.
At which ski resorts are student passes available?
Student passes are available at the Gerlitzen and Tarvisio ski resorts for students up to the age of 27, and at Turracher Höhe and Katschberg for students up to the age of 25, upon presentation of a valid student card. For the Nassfeld ski resort, a student ski pass can only be purchased at ŠOU Šport in Ljubljana, where you buy a voucher that you exchange for a ski pass at Skipass Travel sales points. A surcharge of EUR 5 for the KeyCard always applies. The rules governing the use of vouchers and the years of birth that apply at individual ski resorts are described on the ŠOU Šport website, http://www.sousport.si/.
At which ski resorts are family passes available?
Family passes are available at the Arnoldstein–Dreiländereck and Monte Lussari ski resorts. To purchase them, you are required at the time of purchase to present identity documents showing that you are a family and showing the ages of the children!
At which ski resorts do the youngest children receive a free ski pass?
Children receive a free ski pass at the Arnoldstein–Dreiländereck, Gerlitzen and Tarvisio–Monte Lussari ski resorts. At the other ski resorts they either do not need a pass or must ski accompanied by an adult. If children ski on their own, they must purchase a pass at the child rate. Identity documents must be presented at the time of purchase!
Discounts for journalists?
Discounts for journalists are available directly at the ticket office of the respective ski resort.
Discounts for ski instructors?
Discounts for ski instructors are available at the Gerlitzen, Arnoldstein–Dreiländereck, Turrach, Katschberg and BKK ski resorts. At the Nassfeld and Tarvisio–Monte Lussari ski resorts there are no discounts for ski instructors. Purchase is possible only upon presentation of a valid instructor card bearing a valid sticker for the current ski season.
Discounts for persons with disabilities?
At Austrian ski resorts, persons with a degree of disability above 60% are entitled to the child price of the ski pass upon presentation of a document or card evidencing the disability. At ski resorts in Italy, discounts for persons with disabilities can only be claimed directly at the resort's ticket office, at the resort's discretion.
Complaints regarding passes?
Passes and money must be counted immediately; subsequent complaints will not be considered!
What should I do if I have unused passes?
For unused passes purchased at regular sale prices, a refund is available at Skipass sales points until the end of ski resort operations in the current season. Passes cannot be carried over to subsequent seasons. No refund is possible for passes purchased in the pre-sale or at promotional prices.
Am I insured with my pass?
The ski pass does NOT include insurance. We recommend that you take out insurance! Individual and family insurance policies are offered by all major insurance companies in Slovenia!
Is a refund possible due to bad weather conditions if the pass has already been used?
No refund is possible due to bad weather conditions, even if the ski resort is NOT operating because of bad weather! Multi-day TOP SKIPASS passes are valid at 31 ski resorts, so on a day when the ski resort you are currently at is not operating, you may ski at the other ski resorts that are in operation.
Is a refund possible in the event of injury?
No refund is possible for one-day ski passes. For multi-day ski passes, a refund for unused days is possible upon presentation of a medical certificate. The date of injury shown on the medical certificate and the last day of use of the pass, as read from the pass, must be the same. If an entire family stops skiing because of an injury to one family member, only the injured person is entitled to a refund.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS OF SKIPASS TRAVEL d.o.o.
ARTICLE 1
Introductory provisions
The General Terms and Conditions of Business (hereinafter the "General Terms") of SKIPASS TRAVEL d.o.o. (hereinafter "SKIPASS TRAVEL") form an integral part of all contracts between SKIPASS TRAVEL and purchasers of ski passes and other products and services of SKIPASS TRAVEL d.o.o.
The General Terms are binding on SKIPASS TRAVEL and on every purchaser of a ski pass or other products and services of SKIPASS TRAVEL.
The General Terms are published on the website www.skipasstravel.si and at all SKIPASS TRAVEL sales points. By purchasing a ski pass or other products and services of SKIPASS TRAVEL, the Purchaser confirms that they have read the General Terms and agree to their application.
ARTICLE 2
Meaning of terms used in these General Terms:
· SKIPASS TRAVEL d.o.o. is a company registered in the Republic of Slovenia which acts as an intermediary in the sale of ski passes for the Austrian and Italian ski resorts listed on the website www.skipasstravel.si
· Ski Resort means a ski sports centre that is listed on the website www.skipasstravel.si and for which a ski pass may be purchased through SKIPASS TRAVEL.
· Ski Season means the period from the opening date to the closing date of the individual Ski Resort in the winter.
· www.skipasstravel.si is the website of SKIPASS TRAVEL on which the Ski Resorts and the conditions for purchasing ski passes and other SKIPASS TRAVEL services are set out.
· Purchaser means a person who purchases a ski pass or another SKIPASS TRAVEL service at the applicable price list and under the conditions laid down by SKIPASS TRAVEL.
· KeyCard means the hands-free card or personal digital data carrier for the ski pass of the individual Purchaser, without which the purchase of a ski pass through SKIPASS TRAVEL is not possible.
· Ski Pass means a pass which entitles the Purchaser, on a specific day or during the period stated on the Ski Pass, to use the lifts and slopes of one or more Ski Resorts, in accordance with the opening hours, rules and terms of business and operation of the individual Ski Resort. The Ski Pass serves as the receipt.
· Skipass in the City is the pre-sale of ski passes before the start of the Ski Season. Ski passes purchased as part of the Skipass in the City pre-sale are valid until the end of the Ski Season preceding which they were purchased.
· Promotional Day Ski Passes are ski passes to which an additional discount applies on specific days determined by the individual Ski Resort and SKIPASS TRAVEL. Once purchased, Promotional Day Ski Passes can no longer be cancelled and no refund of the purchase price can be claimed.
· Skipass Travel Card means a KeyCard which provides the Purchaser with additional benefits, in accordance with the conditions laid down by SKIPASS TRAVEL and the individual Ski Resort.
· Top Skipass Kärnten – Osttirol is a season ski pass for ski resorts in the Austrian federal states of Carinthia and Tyrol that are listed in the offer applicable to the respective Ski Season.
· Carta Neve is a season ski pass for ski resorts in the Italian region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia that are listed in the offer applicable to the respective Ski Season.
ARTICLE 3
Ski Pass
By purchasing a Ski Pass, the Purchaser may use the lifts and slopes of an individual Ski Resort or of several Ski Resorts, in accordance with the opening hours, rules and operating conditions of the individual Ski Resort. The Ski Pass serves as the receipt.
SKIPASS TRAVEL offers the purchase of passes only for those Ski Resorts that are listed on the website www.skipasstravel.si at the time of purchase of the Ski Pass.
The price of the Ski Pass is set out in the price list published on the website www.skipasstravel.si on the day of purchase.
Before purchasing a Ski Pass, the Purchaser must register on the website www.skipasstravel.si and purchase a KeyCard. The KeyCard is valid for one person or one Purchaser only and is non-transferable.
By registering, the Purchaser consents to SKIPASS TRAVEL storing, using, processing and transmitting their personal data required for registration and for the sale or purchase of the ski pass and other products and services, in accordance with the provisions of the personal data protection act in force from time to time and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
Upon successful registration, the KeyCard is sent to the Purchaser by registered post to the address provided during registration. The Purchaser receives the KeyCard in accordance with the delivery times of Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. SKIPASS TRAVEL shall not be liable for any damage incurred by the Purchaser as a result of delivery taking longer than expected or of unsuccessful delivery of the KeyCard. The cost of postal delivery shall be borne by the Purchaser.
The Purchaser may also collect the KeyCard at Hotel Skipass, Koroška ulica 14c, 4280 Kranjska Gora, if they so indicate during the registration process. On collection in person, the Purchaser must produce a valid identity document.
The Purchaser may purchase a Ski Pass through SKIPASS TRAVEL only after the KeyCard has been successfully delivered or collected.
Online purchase of a Ski Pass via the website www.skipasstravel.si is possible only during the winter Ski Season, namely from the date on which the individual Ski Resort commences operation until the date on which the individual Ski Resort ceases operation.
The Purchaser may pay for Ski Passes with valid payment cards of the financial and card payment service providers that are listed on the SKIPASS TRAVEL website at the time of purchase.
The Purchaser may also purchase a Ski Pass for predetermined dates or without a date, valid until the end of the season, but must notify SKIPASS TRAVEL of this before the purchase is made.
A Ski Pass purchased by the Purchaser in the "Skipass in The City" pre-sale is valid only in the current winter Ski Season, until the Ski Resort ceases operation, and cannot be carried over to the following Ski Season. Once the pass has been purchased, a Purchaser of a Ski Pass bought in the "Skipass in The City" pre-sale can no longer cancel it or claim a refund of the purchase price.
Promotional Day Ski Passes are valid only on the date of the promotional day. Once the pass has been purchased, a Purchaser of a Promotional Day Ski Pass can no longer cancel it or claim a refund of the purchase price.
Where the Purchaser is entitled to purchase a Ski Pass at a reduced or promotional price, they must present at the time of purchase a club membership card, a receipt for services used in the previous month, an identity document, or other appropriate evidence required for the particular promotion or discount.
A Ski Pass purchased by the Purchaser at regular sale is valid only in the current winter Ski Season, until the Ski Resort ceases operation, and cannot be carried over to the following Ski Season.
The conditions for purchasing a Ski Pass through SKIPASS TRAVEL may change during the Ski Season if the conditions laid down by the individual Ski Resort for the purchase of a Ski Pass change.
In order to access the Ski Resort and use the ski slopes, lifts and other infrastructure, the Purchaser must also satisfy all other conditions and requirements laid down by the individual Ski Resort (e.g. the use of a helmet and other protective equipment, liability insurance, adult supervision of children on lifts and slopes, the requirement to present certificates or to satisfy health and other conditions for access to the Ski Resort and use of the lifts, slopes and other infrastructure, the use of masks and other medical equipment, etc.). SKIPASS TRAVEL bears no liability whatsoever if an individual Purchaser is denied access to, or use of, the lifts, slopes and other infrastructure due to failure to satisfy the conditions and requirements of the individual Ski Resort.
When purchasing a Ski Pass at SKIPASS TRAVEL sales points, the Purchaser must count the money immediately; subsequent complaints will not be considered.
ARTICLE 4
KeyCard
The KeyCard is the personal digital data carrier for the Ski Pass, i.e. the digital data carrier which enables the Purchaser to use the Ski Pass and the lifts and slopes of the individual Ski Resort.
Without a KeyCard, the Purchaser cannot purchase or use a Ski Pass.
The KeyCard is non-transferable and is valid for a maximum of 5 years from purchase. In the event of a change of KeyCard carrier or a change in the technology of the Ski Pass data carrier, the validity of the KeyCard may also expire before the end of the 5-year period from purchase. In such a case, the Purchaser must replace the KeyCard with a new one, under the conditions set out on the SKIPASS TRAVEL website.
A deposit in the amount stated on the SKIPASS TRAVEL website is payable for the KeyCard.
The Purchaser may return the KeyCard during opening hours at all SKIPASS TRAVEL sales offices or at the ticket offices of Ski Resorts that offer this service. KeyCards cannot be returned at automated machines.
When returning the KeyCard, the Purchaser may claim a refund of the deposit paid only if the KeyCard is undamaged, free of scratches and cuts, flat and unbent.
The Skipass Travel Card is a KeyCard which provides the Purchaser with additional benefits, in accordance with the conditions laid down by SKIPASS TRAVEL and the individual Ski Resort. The cost of purchasing a Skipass Travel Card is EUR 10.00. The Purchaser may not claim a refund of the cost of purchasing the Skipass Travel Card. The Skipass Travel Card is valid for 5 years. If the Skipass Travel Card is damaged, the Purchaser may replace it; the replacement fee is EUR 7.00.
ARTICLE 5
Group ski passes
For Ski Resorts that offer group ski passes for a given season, group ski passes may be purchased through SKIPASS TRAVEL under the applicable conditions laid down by the individual Ski Resort for the purchase of such a pass.
For the purposes of these General Terms, a group is the number of persons defined as a group by the individual Ski Resort. When purchasing ski passes, a group may claim only those benefits which the individual Ski Resort provides for groups in the respective season.
In the 2024/25 Ski Season, the Nassfeld and Tarvisio–Monte Lussari ski resorts define a group as a minimum of 25 persons; for every 25 ski passes paid for, the group is entitled to 1 pass free of charge. All other Ski Resorts for which a Ski Pass may be purchased through SKIPASS TRAVEL define a group as a minimum of 20 persons; for every 20 ski passes paid for, the group is entitled to 1 pass free of charge.
ARTICLE 6
Student passes
For Ski Resorts that offer student passes for a given Ski Season, student ski passes may be purchased through SKIPASS TRAVEL under the applicable conditions laid down by the individual Ski Resort for the purchase of such a pass.
In the 2024/25 Ski Season, student passes may be purchased for the Gerlitzen and Tarvisio–Monte Lussari ski resorts for students up to 27 years of age, and for the Turracher Höhe and Katschberg ski resorts for students up to 25 years of age, upon presentation of a valid student card and a valid identity document.
For the Nassfeld ski resort, a ski pass may be purchased at the ŠOU Šport office in Ljubljana, where the student, upon presentation of a valid student card, receives a voucher which they exchange for a ski pass at SKIPASS TRAVEL sales points. The rules governing the use of vouchers and the other conditions under which a student ski pass may be used at individual ski resorts are set out on the ŠOU Šport website http://www.sousport.si
The Purchaser must pay the KeyCard deposit also when purchasing a student ski pass.
ARTICLE 7
Family passes
For Ski Resorts that offer family ski passes for a given Ski Season, family ski passes may be purchased through SKIPASS TRAVEL under the applicable conditions laid down by the individual Ski Resort for the purchase of such a pass.
In the 2024/25 Ski Season, family ski passes may be purchased at the Arnoldstein–Dreiländereck and Tarvisio–Monte Lussari ski resorts, under the conditions laid down by those ski resorts for the purchase of a family ski pass.
When purchasing a family ski pass, valid identity documents must be presented showing that the purchasers are members of the same family and showing the ages of the children.
ARTICLE 8
Free children's ski passes
For Ski Resorts that offer free children's ski passes for a given Ski Season, a children's ski pass may be obtained through SKIPASS TRAVEL under the applicable conditions laid down by the individual Ski Resort for the use of such a pass. A child may use a free ski pass only if skiing accompanied by an adult of full age. If children ski on their own, a ski pass must be purchased at the applicable child rate for the individual Ski Resort.
When purchasing a children's ski pass, a valid identity document of the child showing the child's age must be presented.
In the 2024/25 Ski Season, the free ski pass applies at the Arnoldstein–Dreiländereck, Gerlitzen and Tarvisio–Monte Lussari ski resorts, in accordance with the rules laid down by those ski resorts for the free ski pass with regard to age and the other conditions for purchasing a children's ski pass.
Where an individual Ski Resort does not require a ski pass for children up to a certain age, children may ski free of charge at that Ski Resort, accompanied by an adult of full age and in accordance with the conditions and rules laid down by the individual Ski Resort for children's skiing.
ARTICLE 9
Ski passes for ski and snowboard instructors
For Ski Resorts that offer discounted ski passes for ski or snowboard instructors for a given Ski Season, a ski pass may be purchased through SKIPASS TRAVEL under the applicable conditions laid down by the individual Ski Resort for the purchase of such a pass.
In the 2024/25 Ski Season, a discounted ski pass for ski or snowboard instructors may be purchased for the Gerlitzen, Arnoldstein–Dreiländereck, Turracher Höhe, Katschberg and BKK ski resorts. For the Nassfeld and Tarvisio–Monte Lussari ski resorts, the purchase of a discounted ski pass for ski or snowboard instructors is not possible.
The Purchaser may claim the discount on the purchase of a ski pass for ski or snowboard instructors only upon presentation of a valid ski instructor card bearing a valid sticker for the current Ski Season and upon presentation of an identity document.
ARTICLE 10
Ski passes for persons with a disability or physical impairment
Persons with a disability or physical impairment may purchase a discounted ski pass through SKIPASS TRAVEL under the conditions laid down by the individual Ski Resort for the purchase of such a ski pass.
When purchasing such a ski pass, the Purchaser must present an appropriate certificate showing the degree of disability or the physical impairment, together with a valid identity document.
In the 2024/25 Ski Season, the discount for persons with disabilities at ski resorts in Italy may be claimed only at the Ski Resort's ticket office when purchasing the ski pass.
ARTICLE 11
Insurance
By purchasing a Ski Pass through SKIPASS TRAVEL, the Purchaser does not conclude any accident insurance, liability insurance or any other insurance.
Where an individual Ski Resort requires the purchaser of a ski pass to hold liability insurance or other insurance, the Purchaser must take out such insurance independently, with the individual Ski Resort or an insurance company.
ARTICLE 12
Ski Resort operation
SKIPASS TRAVEL does not operate any Ski Resort and bears no liability whatsoever for any partial or complete non-operation of a Ski Resort, its slopes or lifts, for the non-operation of freestyle parks, children's parks and other parks, for the non-operation of tourist, catering, accommodation and other establishments, for the quantity and quality of snow at the Ski Resort, for the condition of the slopes and lifts, or for the proper maintenance, inspection, operation and technical suitability of the lifts, infrastructure, equipment and slopes of the individual Ski Resort.
If an individual Ski Resort does not operate for any reason whatsoever, in particular due to bad weather conditions (e.g. strong wind, heavy snowfall or rain, fog, freezing rain, floods, storms, etc.), unfavourable snow conditions (e.g. lack of snow, excessive quantities of snow, risk of avalanches or landslides, etc.) and the consequences of such conditions (e.g. damage to slopes and lifts, interruption of transport links, damage to the electricity grid and other infrastructure and installations, etc.), or if an individual Ski Resort does not operate for any other reason or due to force majeure (e.g. an epidemic of infectious disease, failure of energy supply, a decision of a state authority or inspectorate, etc.), or if an individual Ski Resort changes or shortens its opening hours due to such or other circumstances, the Purchaser may not demand from SKIPASS TRAVEL a refund of the amount paid for the Ski Pass, nor cancel the pass and claim a refund of the purchase price of the Ski Pass, nor compensation for any other loss the Purchaser may incur as a result of the circumstances set out above.
If an individual Ski Resort is closed due to the conditions or other circumstances set out above, the holder of a Ski Pass valid at several Ski Resorts may use the lifts, slopes and other infrastructure of the Ski Resorts that are operating on that day.
The Purchaser may likewise not claim a refund of the purchase price of the Ski Pass where they have been denied access to the Ski Resort, lifts, slopes and other infrastructure due to failure to satisfy the conditions laid down by the individual Ski Resort for access to the Ski Resort and use of the ski slopes, lifts and other infrastructure (e.g. prohibition of the use of alcohol or illegal drugs, mandatory use of a helmet and other protective equipment, adult supervision of children on lifts and slopes, the requirement to present certificates or to satisfy health and other conditions for access to the Ski Resort and use of the lifts, slopes and other infrastructure, the use of masks and other medical equipment, the taking out of insurance, etc.), or where access to the Ski Resort and use of the lifts, slopes and other infrastructure has been prevented by the police or another competent authority, or where the Purchaser was unable to reach the Ski Resort for other reasons attributable to the Purchaser.
ARTICLE 13
Refund of the purchase price in the event of bodily injury
In the event of injury, the Purchaser may not claim a refund for a one-day ski pass.
In the case of a multi-day ski pass, the Purchaser may claim a refund for the unused days resulting from an injury which prevents the Purchaser from skiing, provided they present a medical certificate showing the date of the injury and the date and time at which they sought medical assistance.
The Purchaser is entitled to a refund only if the date of injury stated in the medical certificate is the same as the last day of use of the Ski Pass. The Purchaser must present the Ski Pass – KeyCard to SKIPASS TRAVEL and allow the data to be read from the card.
If an entire family stops skiing because of an injury to one family member, only the injured person is entitled to a refund of the purchase price of the ski pass.
For the Top Skipass Kärnten – Osttirol season ski pass, in the event of injury to the Purchaser a refund of the purchase price is possible under the conditions of the season pass provider, namely:

in the event of injury, the pass must be physically returned to the sales point. The date on which the pass is physically returned to the sales point is deemed to be the date of injury. https://www.topskipass.at/faq/
· if the Purchaser was injured on or before 14 January and had not yet used the season ski pass by that date, the purchase price is refunded, less the cost of one day of skiing and a handling fee, in accordance with the conditions of the season ski pass provider applicable from time to time.
· if the Purchaser had used the season ski pass at least 14 times before the injury, they are not entitled to any refund.
· if the Purchaser was injured on or before 14 January and had used the season ski pass no more than 13 times by 14 January, they are entitled to a refund of 50% of the value of the season ski pass.
· if the Purchaser was injured on or before 14 February and had used the season ski pass no more than 13 times by 14 February, they are entitled to a refund of 1/3 of the value of the season ski pass.
· if the Purchaser was injured after 14 February, they are not entitled to a refund of the purchase price of the season ski pass.
For the Promotur – Carta Neve season ski pass, the Purchaser is not entitled to any refund or reimbursement of the purchase price in the event of injury or illness.
ARTICLE 14
Exclusion of liability
SKIPASS TRAVEL shall not be liable to the Purchaser or to third parties for any damage which the Purchaser or a third party may suffer for any reason whatsoever at an individual Ski Resort, on its slopes, lifts and other infrastructure, or on the way to and from the Ski Resort.
In particular, SKIPASS TRAVEL shall not be liable for damage incurred by the Purchaser or a third party as a result of improper maintenance of the Ski Resort's lifts or equipment, failure to carry out mandatory inspections of the Ski Resort's lifts or equipment or the absence of the required certificates, failure to exercise due supervision of the Ski Resort, its infrastructure and other areas, poorly maintained or inadequately marked slopes, technical faults or accidents on lifts and other infrastructure; for damage caused by the operation of lifts, snow groomers, snowmobiles and other vehicles or means of transport; for damage caused by the operation of snowmaking equipment and infrastructure; for damage caused by Ski Resort employees, contractors and subcontractors or ski schools; for damage resulting from injury at the Ski Resort (e.g. a fall on a slope or lift, in catering and accommodation facilities, shops, car parks, sanitary facilities and other areas of the Ski Resort); for damage resulting from a collision with another skier or with trees, rocks or lifts; or for damage caused by the operation of ski equipment.
SKIPASS TRAVEL shall not be liable for any damage incurred by the Purchaser as a result of the non-functioning or malfunctioning of the website www.skipasstravel.si
Any liability of SKIPASS TRAVEL for damages is limited to the amount, i.e. the price, of the ski pass purchased.
ARTICLE 15
Amendments to the General Terms
SKIPASS TRAVEL may amend these General Terms at any time. An amendment to the General Terms takes effect upon publication on the website www.skipasstravel.si
By purchasing a Ski Pass, the Purchaser confirms that they have read the General Terms and agree to their application.
ARTICLE 16
Dispute resolution
All disputes between SKIPASS TRAVEL and the Purchaser shall be governed by the provisions of Slovenian law and these General Terms. The court in Kranj shall have territorial jurisdiction over all disputes.
